Gateway Voyage
The heart of The Monroe Institute programs is the Gateway Voyage®. This six-day intensive, experiential learning adventure is a prerequisite for a number of graduate programs. The Gateway Voyage provides tools that enable: development and exploration of human consciousness; deeper levels of self-discovery; expansion of one's awareness; willful control of that awareness; communication with and visits to other energy systems and realities. Lifeline is a multi-faceted six-day graduate program that provides access to states of consciousness beyond those experienced in the Gateway Voyage and Guidelines programs. Its primary emphasis is one of service - service to those here in physical matter reality and service to those There who have made the transitions from the physical and who may benefit from assistance.

Starlines is a program for graduates of Exploration 27 who possess a burning passion for exploration and Self-discovery, an unquenchable curiosity, and an enduring love and respect for the Life Force in all of its expression. This is a 4-day workshop that teaches you how to use Associative Remote Viewing as an intuitive forecasting strategy and then as an aide to investment decision-making based on the use of redundant, error-detecting protocols.

The Gateway Voyage, above, is the prerequisite for a collection of graduate programs that are listed below.
Some people come to the Gateway Voyage just so they can attend graduate programs. Others come only to take the Gateway Voyage and yet, having experienced the Gateway Voyage, return. Why is this?
A recent independent longitudinal study reported that those who have attended multiple graduate programs have a higher degree of self-efficacy and life satisfaction than the norm and have achieved a state of ego development called self-transforming. Graduate program participants recognize the limitations in any perspective and are more willing to consciously and intentionally grow beyond their own boundaries rather than merely having it happen to them as a function of circumstances.
In the study, graduate program alumni reported an increase in the depth of self-awareness, a degree of experience with inner exploration, personal healing, and trust in a higher self. This is why so many Gateway Voyage graduates choose to return to TMI. They are more highly motivated by curiosity and self-discovery which was seeded by their Gateway Voyage experience and now fuels further exploration and transformation as a way of making meaning and finding joy in their lives.

Open to Gateway Voyage graduates, this long weekend retreat will be an opportunity to deepen your practice of meditation and explore more fully the nature of spiritual awakening with Peter Russell, whose meditation sessions were greatly appreciated by many participants in and Graduate Exploration Essence.

Creativity is the magic of our universe. It shapes our lives, enriches our souls and helps manifest our dreams. The very word elicits a variety of emotions for many of us; a longing to be creative, awe for those who are, and a deep knowing that we once were as children, and still are deep within! There are many stages of the creative process to explore and an infinite number of ways to express that creativity. Gateway Voyage in Japan
For some time now we have been very successfully offering the Gateway Voyage® in Japanese at the Nancy Penn Center in Virginia. It has provided guests the opportunity to travel from Japan and experience a programs at our Virginia facilities, an adventure they truly enjoy. The list of Japanese Gateway Voyage graduates continues to grow and this year we will be offering the the Gateway Voyage and several graduate programs at the AquaVision Academy facilities in Japan.

Gateway Explorers
The Gateway Explorer's Clubs are one-day programs, near your home, which provide practical and inexpensive ways to reset and reinforce the higher Focus Levels and to offer graduates of the Gateway Voyage® the opportunity to get together. They are offered by the Institute as an Extension Program and include tapes with 15 and 21 signals which are normally experienced only at the The Monroe Institute's Nancy Penn Center in Virginia. Graduate Retreat
The Graduate Retreat is an intensive workshop that offers graduates of the Gateway Voyage® (and other on-campus programs) the opportunity to reacquaint themselves with the higher focus level Hemi-Sync® exercises not available for home use.

Guidelines
Guidelines® offers still another step in the development of more complete understanding of self. In addition to exploration of your Total Self and creating an ongoing communication with your Inner Self Helper (ISH), the program gives direct training in the early stages of Out of Body training. This is the only Institute program that specifically provides these methods. Training in using a special dolphin energy--either individually or in a group--to heal both self and others is also an aspect of Guidelines.

MC2 = Manifestation and Creation Squared
Experience first-hand the high-focused energy and empowering beliefs necessary to achieve psychokinesis (PK). Experience for yourself the high-focused energy and empowering beliefs necessary to achieve psychokinesis and powerful healing and manifestation. PK uses the power of our non-physical energy to influence physical matter reality. In thirty Adventure programs over the past five years, participants have used PK at the gaming tables of exciting Las Vegas to heighten consciousness. When taught by Dr. Joe Gallenberger, PK opens hearts, addresses fears, and expands conscious living.
